Ladies and gentlemen, the 21st Annual Hoopfest is underway in Spokane right now. Hoopfest is the world's largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament, and man is it growning. With around 4,000 teams playing on the streets of downtown Spokane and a quarter million players and spectators, downtown will be jam packed. And with a high of 79 degrees today, Spokane won't be as hot as it usually is during Hoopfest time, but you can bet your britches it'll be hot downtown today.
